• Holiday Land Packages begin from Fixed Airport / Station at Destination and ends there only.
• The quotation is an estimate rate calculation offered on inquiry, which may vary at time of booking because individual rates offered for inclusions in the itinerary are subject to change without any prior notice.
• We are not holding any kind of booking at present until first part payment is received for confirmation
• Event / Peak season surcharge will be applicable extra, if any
• Hotel Rooms are subject to availability. In case if the hotel proposed in this itinerary is unavailable, other similar class hotel shall be provided and booked with your consent only.
• Check-in time may vary from 11.00 AM to 2 PM & check-out time 8 AM to 10 AM depending on hotels.
• Rates offered are subject to change without any prior notice
• No changes in the itinerary will be allowed after booking is confirmed by payment
• You have hired our services for purpose of leisure tour purpose only.
o Before commencement of the tour, you are requested to educate yourself thoroughly about the prevailing rules, regulations and norms of lifestyle at the all the destinations included in your itinerary.
o You agree that you will not engage yourself in any malicious / illegal activities during the tour.
o The tour will be terminated with immediate effect in case you are found guilty of violating human rights, ethics, regulatory norms, rules, regulations and laws of the destination such that you are subjected to fine or punishment by the regulatory authorities or government bodies. Any money against with us pending services will be declared as non-refundable and forfeited. Niceroute Overseas will not be legally liable for any direct or indirect association with you in such situation.
• All legal dispute will be subject to jurisdiction of Ahmedabad only.
• Assistance at all arrival and departure points
• Sightseeing and transfers in vehicle as per itinerary of quotation
• Itinerary specified Entry Permits, Entry Tickets, Boat Tickets, Ferry Tickets throughout
• Anything other than specified/mentioned in Package Inclusions and Day-wise itinerary.
• Expenses such as personal expenses, additional drinks, tips, telephone bills, laundry, other expenses of personal nature. These you will have to pay on the spot yourself as and when required. You are requested to clear any such pending bills of your hotel property by the time you check-out before moving to next item scheduled in itinerary.
• Domestic Flight / Cruise / Coach / Public Transport charges in other countries for International Tour
• Any expenses arising due to reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods, landslides, earthquakes, storms), flight delays, flight rescheduling, flight cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, mishaps, etc.
• Any Insurance, Medical charges, Camera/Video fees at Sightseeing / Monuments or any other expenses not mentioned in Inclusions section.
• Any monument or sight-seeing Entry fee / Charges other than that mentioned in the itinerary.
• Watersport / Adventure Activities or any other activity that has to be booked and paid on the spot basis.
• The transport vehicle will not be at private disposal for personal use at any other timings apart from that mentioned in the itinerary. During the itinerary, the transport vehicle cannot subjected to time change for personal reasons and cannot be diverted to any other route.
The above Terms and Conditions are subject to modification as and when required.
The copy supplied to the customer on confirmation of their order, will be considered final for them respectively and will be subject to revisions informed to them timely.
