• 50% payment is required in advance for booking confirmation.
• No changes in the itinerary will be allowed after booking is confirmed by first part of advance payment
• Remaining 50% payment is required at least 15 days prior to travel date, otherwise interest will be charged on pending amount at 2% per day basis.
• In case you place your order confirmation by payment of any amount, it indicates implicitly that you have studied all the terms and conditions applicable as mentioned by our agency in this quotation and you heartily agree to strictly abide by them. Such terms and conditions will be subject to update any time by Regulatory / Government bodies / Destination management agencies and you will be committed to accept and follow the updated terms and conditions with immediate effect thereafter.

• In case of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods, landslides, earthquakes, storms), flight delays, flight rescheduling, flight cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, mishaps, etc.; the cancellation policy of respectively booked airlines, hotels, destination management agencies, sightseeing authorities and all other entities / service providers involved with your tour; will be applicable to process your eligible refund amount.
• In case of cancellation explicitly by the guest, the cancellation policy of respectively booked airlines, hotels, destination management agencies, sightseeing authorities and all other entities / service providers involved with the tour; will be applicable to process your eligible refund amount.
• Eligible Amount will be refunded as Credit Note only within 21 days of cancellation, which is compulsorily to be used with Niceroute Overseas only in future travel land packages (not any other service) within 180 days from date of Credit Note issue. In case you are not able to travel and want refund in your account after 180 days, then 18% processing charges will be deducted on the amount eligible for refund.
• The tour will be terminated with immediate effect in case you are found guilty of violating human rights, ethics, regulatory norms, rules, regulations and laws of the destination such that you are subjected to fine or punishment by the regulatory authorities or government bodies. Any money against with us pending services will be declared as non-refundable and forfeited. Niceroute Overseas will not be legally liable for any direct or indirect association with you in such situation.
• All legal dispute will be subject to jurisdiction of Ahmedabad only.
The above Policies are subject to modification / revision as and when required.
The copy supplied to the customer on confirmation of their order, will be considered final for them respectively and will be subject to revisions informed to them timely.
